USAA focuses on all aspects of the role of the superintendency, while providing insight, knowledge, practical tools, and strategies to do the job well.
USAA is a dynamic professional association for superintendents only. The Association is exclusive to members who preside over small and medium-size public school districts or members who are adjacent to urban areas and are impacted by the challenges common to today’s urban communities. We support sitting superintendents as they radiate and direct their vision of academic excellence with plans toward achievement for the district they serve.
USAA provides professional development, mentorship, networking opportunities, and support for all phases of the leadership position.
